Yoga for Writers

Since we’re in Blogtober and NaNoWriMo is right around the corner, I had to share this yoga video. It’s for writers!

Remember, when writing, it’s important to keep good posture. Get up and move every once and a while. My dog, Sugar, helps remind me to get off the computer.

I felt great doing this routine. I expected to feel stretches in my neck and back, but my fingers? Who knew they needed a stretch too!
